Effective date: September 2026
These Terms govern use of the PREA Enterprise website and the services coordinated through PREA. By using the website or engaging a PREA service, you agree to these Terms and to any service-specific quotation, proposal, booking condition, or written agreement that applies to your request.
1. About PREA Enterprise
PREA Enterprise is a Lagos-based multi-service enterprise that coordinates creative, digital, lifestyle, training, media, branding, sales, delivery, and business-support services through a professional network.
2. Service enquiries and quotations
- Website prices may be fixed, starting-from, a range, hidden, or quotation-only.
- A public quote request is a request for review; it is not an invoice, acceptance, or binding contract.
- The final scope, price, timeline, revisions, deliverables, payment terms, and other commercial conditions are confirmed in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
- PREA may decline or request clarification where a brief is incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or outside available capacity.
3. Appointments
Appointments are subject to the availability shown or confirmed by PREA. Booking a slot does not itself guarantee that a paid service has been purchased. See the Appointment & Cancellation Policy for rescheduling, lateness, cancellation, and no-show guidance.
4. AI assistant
The PREA Assistant is a support tool, not a substitute for a formal quotation, contract, specialist professional advice, or human confirmation. It is instructed to use verified PREA information and to hand off to WhatsApp when it cannot confirm an answer. Do not rely on an AI response as final confirmation of a price, booking, legal obligation, medical matter, financial commitment, or project acceptance.
5. Shop, library, music, and external checkout
The PREA Shop and Library may list books, music, clothing, artwork, digital products, or other items. Some items use external purchase or streaming destinations such as Selar, Amazon, Shopify, Apple Music, Spotify, Audiomack, SoundCloud, or YouTube. Unless PREA explicitly states otherwise, checkout, payment processing, fulfilment rules, account handling, and platform-specific refunds are governed by the third-party seller or platform. See the Purchases & Returns Policy for more information.
6. Payments for PREA services
Payment terms for PREA-delivered services are agreed before work begins and may include deposits, milestones, or full payment. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue. Any refund or cancellation treatment depends on the service stage, work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the applicable written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
- PREA's website content, brand assets, templates, and platform code may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
- Client deliverable rights are governed by the relevant quotation/agreement and usually take effect after the agreed payment conditions are satisfied.
- Portfolio or concept examples remain PREA property unless otherwise agreed. Client-confidential material will not knowingly be published as a case study without appropriate permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, or use PREA services for unlawful or harmful activity.
9. Availability and liability
PREA aims to provide reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted access to the website or third-party platforms. Service availability can depend on specialist capacity, location, external suppliers, internet services, and other operational factors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PREA is not responsible for indirect losses or for third-party platform outages, policies, or transactions outside PREA's control.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law. PREA may update them as the platform and services evolve. Material changes take effect when published on this website unless another effective date is stated.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page, published email address, or WhatsApp channel.
