This policy explains how purchases, returns, refunds, and external checkout links work when you discover products, books, music, or digital items through PREA Enterprise.
1. External checkout
Many PREA catalogue items link to an external seller or platform such as Selar, Amazon, Shopify, Apple Music, Spotify, Audiomack, SoundCloud, YouTube, or another configured destination. Clicking Buy, Listen, Watch, or Read may open that provider in a new tab. The transaction, account, payment, delivery, subscription, download, or refund process on that destination is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
2. PREA-delivered products and services
If PREA directly confirms a sale or service outside an external marketplace, the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement will state the applicable price, delivery expectation, customization details, and refund/cancellation terms. Customized, personalized, downloaded, used, or already-delivered items may have different return rights from standard unused goods, subject to applicable law.
3. Damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible items
If PREA directly supplied an item and it arrives materially damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible, contact PREA promptly with the order details and reasonable evidence so the team can review the issue. If the purchase was completed through a third-party marketplace, use that marketplace's support/refund process first unless PREA specifically instructs otherwise.
4. Digital products, books, and music
Digital content is often delivered immediately or through an external platform. Refund eligibility can be limited once content has been downloaded, accessed, streamed, or licensed. The seller/platform's published rules apply where it handled the transaction.
5. Questions before buying
If product details, customization, sizing, delivery, or licensing are unclear, contact PREA before purchasing. A pre-purchase question is often the fastest way to avoid ordering the wrong item or service.
