Privacy Policy

Information explaining how PREA Enterprise handles enquiries, communication, website use, services, and client responsibilities.

Effective date: September 2026

PREA Enterprise respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the website, request a quote, book an appointment, use the PREA Assistant, contact the team, or follow links to third-party shopping and streaming services.

1. Information you choose to provide

  • Contact and enquiry details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, service interests, project brief, budget/timeline information, and files or references you choose to provide.
  • Quote requests: the selected service and the answers you provide to that service's quotation questions.
  • Appointment bookings: contact information, appointment type, selected date/time, meeting preference, and answers to booking questions.
  • AI assistant conversations: the question and a limited amount of recent conversation context needed to answer or offer a WhatsApp handoff.

2. How PREA uses information

  • Respond to enquiries and quotation requests.
  • Coordinate appointments, projects, service delivery, and follow-up.
  • Route a request to the relevant PREA service area or professional.
  • Operate the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect accounts and private business records.
  • Improve public information, FAQs, and support guidance based on recurring questions.

3. AI assistant and third-party AI providers

The PREA Assistant is designed to answer from verified PREA information and to avoid inventing prices, availability, policies, or guarantees. When AI assistance is enabled, a visitor's question and limited conversation context may be sent to one of the AI providers configured by PREA. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, confidential documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the public assistant.

If the assistant cannot confirm an answer, it may offer a WhatsApp handoff. The customer chooses whether to continue on WhatsApp.

4. External shops, streaming services, and embeds

PREA may display books, music, products, videos, and audio using links or embedded players from services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, SoundCloud, Amazon, Selar, Shopify, or other configured platforms. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may process device, account, or usage information when you use their content or leave PREA's website.

5. Essential storage, PWA, and analytics

The website uses essential session and security storage required for login, form protection, and normal Laravel operation. Theme preference may be stored locally in your browser. If you install the PREA PWA, the service worker may cache public static assets and an offline fallback; authenticated admin pages, AI submissions, bookings, and quote submissions are deliberately not cached as completed actions.

PREA does not enable advertising or analytics tracking by default. If analytics is enabled later through the administrator settings, the applicable analytics provider may receive standard usage information. PREA should update its consent/notice configuration when required by the applicable law or deployment region.

6. Sharing and service providers

PREA does not sell personal information. Relevant information may be shared with assigned PREA professionals and with hosting, email, AI, communication, delivery, or other operational providers only as needed to provide or protect the service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

7. Security and retention

PREA uses access controls, validation, encrypted application secrets, CSRF protection, rate limits, private storage rules, and other reasonable technical measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, business records, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.

8. Your choices

You may contact PREA to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

9. Children

The public business services are not directed at children under 16. If PREA learns that personal information was submitted by a child without appropriate authority, the team will review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Contact

For privacy questions, use the contact details published on this website or the Contact page.
